An initial test post!

This is a test post. I hope that this message forum will be a help to anyone going through (or thinking about going through) with this procedure. I went through it and I'm very glad that I did because I was scheduled to have an ostmy (removal of bladder, creating path to external pouch to collect urine) and now I can keep my bladder! Does that sound amazing! Well, for me it is wonderful. Not that I wouldn't deal with an ostomy. But between that and a BiPAP machine, I figure that I'd rather not have another tube attached to me that I need to be concerned about.
